Yellowing Myelium

My friends dog groomer has yellowing spots on his cakes that are obviously not mold but water damage. He wants to know how to manage this kind of problem, should he cut the damaged tissue out of the cake or what?

No, don't cut it out. Believe it or not Ive seen some of my best fruits grow from those spots.

Really. Well, my friend's dog groomer just took the Aqua bubbler out to cut down on condensation so they wont get any more water damage and maybe fruit a little quicker, we shall see how it turns out
