yellow water damage on bottom of cake

Hello, I am new to this community. I innoculated four jars on on December 14th. The jars did not become contaminated. Out of 4, I have 3 that have significant yellowing, which I read on page 50 of the 2001 PF tek is a sign of water damage. The remaining jar has yellowing, but only on the bottom 20 percent of the jar. The rest is bright white with mycelium. The jar is a one pint jar. If I birth this cake, what should I expect, given the yellowing, and given the fact that I did not birth it two weeks ago? Anyway, in the future, I will keep better notes on how much water I use in the formula and I will likely try less than 50-55 cc's, which was recommended in the maximum fruting formula. Thanks in advance.

Correction, I was using 1/2 pint jars. I have also submitted this now over at the contamination forum because I have become paranoid from reading other posts.
