BT makes me laugh

I sent an email to them regarding my disconnected phoneline and the effect its having on my internet connection. They reply saying

If you read my email, you would know that I cant use the phone.

I know some of you will tell me to use a friends or what not, but i'm too lazy.

Thats true. But I rarely use the phone. The last time I bought credit for my mobile was well over a year ago. If I need to contact anyone, I text them from the internet.
