Near death experiences

Almost got killed today  :crazy:

I was fed up with searching/applying for jobs and thought I'd have a wander in the woods to clear my mind.

Heard a creak, glanced around and then there was a loud crack, kind of like a gunshot going off and I then saw this huge tree (must have been 100ft of more) falling in my direction!  :eek:

It came crashing down taking another few trees with it and I just narrowly dodged the damn thing in time!

That was a close call!

Anyone else have any near death experiences?

I ecounter more dangerous situations than this driving to work :rolleyes:

I wish the retarded soccer moms doing their makeup on the way to work would make a loud gunshot noise forewarning me before they damn near run me off the road

i was working on my car about 3 weeks ago changing the break pads. The car was jacked up and i was working under it trying to get the caliper off. all of a sudden the car starts moving rolled off the jack with me under it. The rotor rolled over my hand took off plenty of skin on both sides and it was purple for about 2 weeks. I just got out from underneath it before i would have got stuck under it or my hand could have been mangled. I went into my house to start cleaning up my hand and started feeling pretty sick to my stomach when i thought about how close i was to getting seriously fucked up

I've only had 2 car accidents in my life but on both occassions it was due to women driving on the wrong side of the road on blind bends! Full head on collisions! :crazy:

i used to work at a night club as a security guy. but oddly enough all the major shit happened at the opposite side of where ever i was... except one time someone shot at the club, i was pretty close, but not right infront where i coulda been shot... so, i guess im just lucky (got me an angel lookin over me)

that is nothing, I never had one, but I had friends that "did" 'die' and came back to life...one of them wont tell much..but they both told me that there is something beyond this life yet to come...
I had been into almost head on crashes driving before many times, near wrecks..nearly got ran over a few times walking.... and riding bicycles..motercycles..thoughout my life... :rolleyes:

fuck that drive in chicago, downtown in rush hour.....
try driving through i-80 from chicago to sanfransisco, do it in 34 hours, without anysleep (which me and dlag did for a nye dead show)

but yeah, my near death expierence happened on the way back from san fran. i was driving at about 105 mph and decided to stop on a rest area for a picture of sunset. i hit the ramo going aroune 55, all ice. i couldnt stop.
ahead of me was 1 state trooper, one car wreck jutting into the parking lot. 1 petrolum takner and a few 30kk suv'd i had about 8 feet of clearance to drive throug, and i wasnt slowing down..... so its all good and im on the right path,
and then the car starts to fish tail, to the right, to the left, and then i barely miss the wreck and then i totally spin oout driving past the damn state trooper at around 50. then i loose all controll and spin out, crashing into a snowbank, the engine dies, but im parked perfectly on an angle.

so i have to deal with the trooper, and theres enough shit in my car to put me the fuck away,

but since i was going so damn fast he missed the whole damn thing !!!
i busted up laughing and rolled around in the snow before taking the picture and heading back to chicago.

That happen to me before. I thought someone was throwing rocks into the trees at me, when pop! A huge tree fell a few feet from me and my ex.

then one time I was camping in a storm when I heard creeking.... then the sound of a huge tree falling, I just curled up in a ball because I couldnt see where it was happening.. good thing was that it was about 10 feet away... scary none the less.

Sadly, most of my close calls are related to drugs. I flipped my car after blacking out on a good range of different substances, I near OD'd on oxy, meth related heart problems... all stupid shit I don't do anymore...
