Deformed shrooms have slits on caps

Ok this is my old grandpappies first attempt growing and he has quite alot of knowledge frum a friend who used to grow 2 foot shrooms :D and well hes using cake method in a tub with a fish tank bubbler for humidifying, they have pinned and he has about 20 pins for 5 cakes in the 3-4 days it started (he hasnt counted, its an estimate) pinning and well some shrooms have (the only way he can explain it) is a pussy going up the cap, yes a vagina, it is a white colored slit that goes frum the viel to mid way up the cap and it looks like pussy lips, what might this be? another shrooms is kind of weird looking too, looks like its all caved in and shit, can someone help my grandpappie?
