HAH!
What twats!
Hmmm, lets have a concert to benefit poverty/disease stricken third world countries(of which none of the countries are eligible to recieve free tickets), then when anyone tries to sell tickets for the concert-bust them.
Thats fuckin' LAME!
Benefit concert? Right.

Oregon, no offense, but that was just lame.

When scalpers sell tickets, no one in poor countries gets the money.

People make money off of the event, for themselves. :shake:

I don't understand why they arent selling normal tickets. They would get a LOT more money this way.

Seems like you've got all kinds of connections, I'll bet you can find a way in! Maybe if you donate money?

OMR3021-No offense taken.
From what I understand they'd be scalping free(to the scalpers) tickets, so the benefit money had to have been put up up front.
The scalpers wouldn't be taking a cent from the poor African countries.

I'm not saying it's a bad reason to hold a benefit concert, I just believe it would be a better reason for PF to reunite on a basis of their own reconciliations and to create more good music. It'd be much more genuine IMHO.

What???  What could be more genuine than playing a concert for free to help needy people?
