Dark side of the Moon was best in my opinion. 

"The Great Gig in The Sky" imo is just art.

Not somethin i'd listen to while shroomin tho  :shocked:

"The End" by the Doors absolutely created such a mind-blowing experience.

The Jungle part was just....wow.

LOL, its funny you said that. Jim Morrison always seems like a ghost to me whenever I listen to the doors tripping. It really scares me stiff cause he has that drunken ramble that sounds like he is planning to kill me or something.

Meddle - Echoes alone would make it my favourite, but it feels a little less fussy than Dark Side of the Moon and always mellows me whilst tripping.

Pipers at the Gates of Dawn, Wish You Were Here and Dark Side of the Moon come a joint close second.

The Wall, Animals, the Live side of Ummagumma (which you left off the list), Atom Heart Mother joint third.

Relics, A Saucerful of Secrets, the studio side of Ummagumma, More (which you also left off the list) and Obscured By Clouds have some great tracks but a fair bit of dross/filler.

High Hopes is the only decent track on The Division Bell.

I don't even own Momentary Lapse of Reason or The Final Cut as I hate the former and the latter just isn't to my taste.

Janis Joplin....now there's a chick who will scare the pants off ya.

I would've said The Wall, but I (having listened to the wall before seeing the movie), I think that's an album where you MUST see the movie in order to even attempt to understand it.

I got Wish you were here and A momentary lapse of reason on vinyl, needs to start finding more...I havnt listened to probly half of these albums(the ones listed in the poll)but i'd have to say Wish you were here is towards the top

i don't know how much blasphemy this is, but once i downloaded a huge chunk of their discography i had to delete it. i can't stand this band.

You know, I had to choose darkside of the moon but Division Bell was very very close. Tough choice....
