Id like to disagree.. Heartache is not worse than bumming around by yourself. You can have casual sex without getting attatched. Therefore you are not truly alone. You have girls that are with you and content with being with you just for sex. It's a mutual thing. As soon as you open up and let one in that's where the trouble starts if she's not the right one and you believe she is. When you are in love with her and want nothing more than to be with her and she wants nothing more than to get the fuck away from you it really sucks. Its not fun especially after 3 years of your life being with that person.

We spend our entire lives looking for our soulmate so if you willingly make yourself grow cold and stay away from anything/anyone that might hurt you then is that good? I dont think thats good
Granted when you pour your heart and soul into love and it bites you then thats a severe hurt that makes you want no one again.

You have to put that behind you somehow or you will be left with only a longing feeling and that might hurt you more in the long run.
I lost what i felt was my soulmate a few times but i never gave up hope and gave up on what might happen in my future.

Yeah bro I totally understand what you are saying. It's just very hard to see the light when you are sitting in the pits surrounded by the darkness of depression. There is always light at the end of the tunnel. Finding that light is sometimes hard though.. Its hard to give up on somebody you love. Im sure Ill make it out one way or another. Things tend to work out eventually.
