Dire Wolf is a pretty good song.

Also Standing on the Moon and others aren't bad.

But some of the best dead songs I hear are the live covers of other bands. Their cover of Dear Prudence, Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds and Wish You Were Here are all pretty interesting to listen to, as they all get a Dead spin on them.
