I wanna move to Montreal

Alright so uhm... after being there a lot and falling in love. I think I'm going to start looking for jobs in Montreal. HOWEVER, I have no clue on the laws and crap for doing so as an American citizen. Where should I begin as far as obtaining a visa and stuff. And i'm pretty sure it's only 2 years right? Advice?

i believe you already have to have a job lined up, or a college degree, before canada will give you residency.. not sure about it, but there are some websites that i'm sure give good information.
