Party time in Montreal!!

Woot!!! Okay so I was bummed out by not getting tickets to Phish and had to figure out another way to spend $149 and see some concerts.

Well in the first week of August - because Montreal is only 1 1/2 drive from where I live - I'm going to see:
Sonic Youth
Modest Mouse
Mogwai

All three different nights. For Modest Mouse and Mowagi - they are on a Fri and Sun night so my friends and I are going to party our asses off in CANADA (I never thought I'd say that...).

We got a sick hotel room b/c my co-worker gets some crazy discount.

Oh and bc of the exchange rate - for all 3 concerts - each of us are only paying $60 for all 3 tickets - that's fucking awesome - that's even cheaper than 1 concert in the States!!!

If anyone is in the Montreal area or going to any of the shows I mentioned - give me shout b/c I need to find things to do when we aren't at a concert.

Hey Del, if by any chance you are coming back via Toronto could you PLEASE pick up some Black bull beer while you're in Quebec and drop some off here for me and Yarry shroomer, I'd luv to surprise the crazee mo'fo when he comes here to visit, it only costs $4.35 per 40 ounce bottle there(they have stopped selling it here in Ontario :frown:

I think I would love to drink with you and Yarry, I would definately feel right at home! My imagination says that would feel more at home than where I live. Maybe I should move to Toronto like I have been saying to myself.

Of course :grin: so wtf exactly is WEMF anyway?(pardon the delayed responses, my video card is fucked and overheats after maybe half an hour on my computer, i'm gonna get a new one(video card i mean) when i the funds become available)

Is there a heatsink on the video card? Has it become unseated? If the card has a fan that does not turn on but has all necessary (if they exist) power cables connected, simply go to your local Fry's and buy a new one to replace it. Most likely, your card has not been fried and doesn't need to be replaced. Hope that helps
