usually i don't even think of eating or drinking, but if i do, nothing can beat that candy, Gushers (the gummy things with liquid goo insides) that have been frozen in the frezzer the night before. the temprature and texture are crazy.

I usually drink a whole lot of orange juice during a trip. I heard when I first tripped that if you drank it youd intensify the trip, or speed up the digestion of the shrooms.
I still don't know if thats true.
But it's been a habit now, and I start out with a glass (only intending to drink a glass), and by morning the whole carton is magically gone!
I drink it without even realizing it.

Large Ripe Cold Strawberries or Peaches and Peach Snapple... Any kind of Cold Juicy fruit is what I like when tripping.... Funny thing.. After comming down I always have a craveing for Mexican...

heh i just remembered ... on my last acid trip, my friend and I were peakin and went down to my refrigerator to get some orange juice ... well i get out two glasses and pour into each glass. my friend says That looks like it has fuckin bacteria in it ... so I say No dude, your just trippin. well, i down it and it tastes like shit, so my friend laughs and runs around just laughing his fuckin ass off, it did in fact contain bacteria lol ... we verified this the next morning when we weren't tripping...i kinda cried
It must be hard to trip if you anthropomorphize your shrooms.

yeah I have never aten while tripping, and for about 2 days after my trip my diet is usually fucked so I have to scratch the idea of fasting before my trip or I won't eat for three days, but I always drink OJ when tripping I don't know why but at first it was because vitamin C makes your visuals better! hehe, thought I'm sure its a myth now but it formed into a habit, sometimes I'll have a few beers after a I peak but usually those end up ruining my trip, so the only things I usually consume are OJ and water, also the occasional pop rocks packet when I want to start thinking my head just got hit with a nuke.
Control is strain. And every strain creates tension, and tension creates necessity, a need to release...

Cold grapes are the shit. If you freeze them and put them in the fridge right as you're starting to come up, they kick ass!! At least in my opinion. Fruit is always great(esp if it has been cooled). I have to agree that candy is also good. For some odd reason I ussually start craving candy corn... never had any while trippin' but almost always want some. Gummie candies are definately good, suckers, and gum are fun too. Well ok, gum can be bad(I thought my gums were being peeled away by the chewing gum... just had to calm myself down and spit out the gum and I was fine. Of course every other time, I've loved having gum in my mouth.)
