best trippin' movies? SLC Punk and NBK are good, but I've seen NBK like 30 times now! *The Boondock Saints* is really good, even if you're just drunk! If you want to just chill and you like Pink Floyd, rent *Live at Pompeii* - incredible! and if you want to laugh your ass off at japanese anime, I suggest... The Tenchi Muyo series, the Ranma 1/2 series, and Sabre Marionette J series.
If you really want to freak out, watch Return of the Living Dead or something like that! Personally, I get bored of TV and would rather go outside and watch a sunset or sunrise or play with dogs when I'm trippin'.

Ahh, for anything but a minor trip, movies are a waste. the world is a much better place. youcan explore. you can discover and create. i feel like i was wasting time watching the box on stuff, except for super light times. then we enjoyed blazing saddles.

I just thought of another awesome trip movie. Donald Duck in Mathmagic land. It sounds lame, but it's really cool.

Anything claymation is just mind blowing. Watch some gumby and you'll be utterly captivated and totally confused as to what the hell is going on. But I guess if you're tripping balls anything you watch will do that. Anyone ever watch an infomercial while tripping?

A good one is Mystery Science Theatre 3000 The Movie.
I really dig this movie because its just some crappy old movie playing with dudes sitting there talking trash about it - just like I do with my friends all the time! I would assume that while tripping, one may find these comments and puns incredibly funny.
that movie kicks ass anyway
