It seems real. I've had accidents before, and at first you don't even feel it or respond to it really, like that kid did. I bet a few minutes later his reaction was very different.

Jesus, what are the chances though? A kid throws scissors across the room and they land in the kid's arm with the point going exactly inward? Must've been an unlucky day.

u probly wouldnt bleed to death since it looks like it hit the muscle but it would bleed pretty bad. wrap it and go to the hospital, thats wut i would do

My bet is that you'd go to the hospital, possibly get a few stitches. That looks like it was pretty deep, but it looks like it just hit the muscle.

That'd still be pretty fucked up to witness though. It'd be funny if someone was tripping and they saw that.
