How to use "TO" and "TOO"

I hope I don't come off as an anal retentive tool, but this can clear a lot of confusion. A lot of times it is necessary to use two o's in the word --too (to).

Here is how it works: Use two o's whenever using it instead of "Also" or whenever something is too much or too little or too fast or too slow etc.
Examples:


First I'll drive to the nursery.

Will you be coming too?(also)

I'll throw another gram in too. (also)

There are too many people here.

We are going to the park.

Too late

That girl has too fat and has too many zits.

the owl is anal TOO much so, are to!! oooops too
apparently you haven't paid too much attention to the spelling of alot of the people here. should we always use caps to begin a sentence and always use correct punctuation as well.

My sentiments exactly. Although I do agree that other people need to learn some grammar around here. Not required mind you, but certainly makes for easier reading.

Seriously though, I think the use of "u" and just outright intentional misspelling of words is way worse than an accidental misuse of "to" or "too."

while we're at it:

quite - very much so
quiet - lacking noise

through - going into something and out the other side
threw - past tense of throw

and it's an abort, not an "abhort"

oh hey, there's also a check spelling button when you make posts!

Spell check yes, but it would come up fine because all those words would be spelled correctly when it checked your text. It's a grammar check that ya need.

because people have to know what other people are talking about. It makes it so people all over the world will have to read the sentence multiple times when they could be reading other sentences. These people could be learning more about mushroom cultivation. It's the the difference between a sucessful revolution and a complete failure.
