game console question

Heya people. I'm seeking some help. I'm thinking of buying a game console. Its either gonna be a ps2 or an xbox. I'm leaning towards the xbox as previously I owned a ps2 and left it at my home country to my brother. xbox seems to be slightly more expensive. So what do you think?

On a side note, when is the ps3 or xbox 360 coming out. I wanna spend my summer playing so I dont think I'll wait for that but if its really close, maybe.

well 360 is the 2nd xbox.  The 3rd must be called 1080 :crazy2:

You're confused my man the new xbox 360 doesn't come out until this fall.

So if you want to play games this summer buy a regular xbox it's a solid system. It will be supported for atleast another year or two.

I would say PS2 over xbox anyday. Llarger collection of games, and more quality titles. Plus a lot more preowned available for it.

Thats just my opinion though.

if you are dead set on a console x-box is the way. tons of games and better online gaming than the ps2. also the box is more reliable (i'm on my 3rd ps2, the piece o shits keep dying)

I'm going to buy an xbox 360 solely on the fact elder scrolls 4 is going to be one of the release titles for it.

I've only had one Playstation2 since it came out.

My Playstation still works properly as well.

and can someone enlighten me about the modding issue of xbox. I opened a poll in the polls section earlier but couldnt get all the answers I wanted.

well do you just order the stuff and build it in yourself? how much would it cost. after modding, where can I download the games.
