condensation in the 1/2 pint jars.... good or bad? * 1

I have the mycelin almost completely covering the jar. I am using the PF tek, with brown rice powder and vermiculite. Right now I can see beads of water on the inside of the jar... no contamination yet on any of the jars... should I open them up to let some of that water evaporate or is this normal..? Also how long should I wait after the mycelin has completely covered the vermiculte and brown rice powder?

That's normal. Wait for invitro pins before you birth.

and the pins will look exactly like that........ little pins that appear to be poking out from the mycelin....... that normally takes how long after myclein has covered entire jar?

Pins will begin to develop about a week after the mycelium completely colonizes the cake.

beads okay, puddles not okay. if your jars experiance temp fluctuations, then condensate is the norm. if you are worried, invert the jar and loosen the lid, this will encourage air exchange and evaporation.
