Annnnnnd I had a light saber and my friend was there and I said "you look like an indian" and he said "you look like satan" and he found a stick and a rock and he named the rock ooga booga and he named the stick Stick and we both thought that was pretty funny. We got eaten alive by mosquitos but didn't notice til the next day. I stepped on some glass while wading in the swamp and cut my foot open, didn't bother me til the next day either....yeah it was a good time, ended the night by buying some liquor for minors and drinking nips and going to he diner and eating chicken fingers, and then I went home and went to bed.

Very wrong.  I smoke befor tests,  it calms my nerves and makes me think more about my answeres.  Also gardening/growing things is my hobby it happens my marijuana habit falls into this catagory  :smile:.  I also play guitar, read, hemp tieing,  bead blowing, it makes you lazy if you have nothing to do.  The high corresponds to my mood at the time.  If im in a bad mood I usually get tired and fall asleep.  If im in a good mood I go find somethign to do.

Well alot of people don't do that anyways pot or no pot.  The only negative effects that I can notics is the lung problem (I smoke cigs to though)  and my short term mem.

..I thought that was after doing LSD seven times not weed...but I have HPPD disorder..and I have not done LSD for 9 years either..I still see patterns, tracers and colors..etc..I think it is cool!!!

When I think about quitting it goes like this. 

:stoned:  "I should really think about quitting."
:satan:  "You don't want to quit."
:sun:  "Yeah, you don't want to quit yet, when the time comes, listen for it, then quit, you are not quite done with pot yet."
:stoned:  "OK, I'll smoke."  :bongload:

Then, later:

:stoned:  "I wonder if I should smoke again."
:satan:  "Sure, have a smoke:
:sun: (tiny voice):  "It's time to stop smoking and wake..."

Just use moderation. Don't smoke everyday, just use it to reward youself for doing something well. I've had an quarter that has lasted me months. I can't smoke right now, though, since I just got a new job and I don't know if they're gonn test me.

During the school year, I tell myself I won't smoke on school nights if I have homework. Its all about discipline. I'm sure you can do it.

I was already crazy before I ever did drugs..but controlled crazy, I get my mood swings, and get pissy still...I have done that sice I was a little kid, my parents told me...it is funny, I think it is just my personality...

i might get a job wif the post office with starting pay at $16 an hour, but they do testing. i don't know if they only test once or what though.

I'm not looking for a solution or help. I tried discipline and moderation. It doesn't work for me. I cause myself suffering by trying to moderate and smoke only occasionally. So, I decided to embrace my love hate relationship with pot, fuck moderation, and not let it cause me suffering. If I decide in the future to stop using pot, it will be because I want to, not because someone else wants me to, or because some voice in my head that years of bad education school beat into me tells me too. In this case, it will be easy. But, if I said I wanted to quit or wanted to moderate, I'd be lying. I'm working on not lying to myself, not on trying to direct any change.

the first couple of weeks is hard..but just use beer as a replacement..you will find you drink more for a while..I am still struggling..2 months without weed..already...I still do shrooms though..

One of my best friends (kid I smoked with all through high school) gets really irritable and mean when he can't smoke, for a DAY. I have been limiting myself to smoking 2-3 times a week, mainly because I get RIPPED and also because weed makes me realllly lazy.

We were hanging out today and he was acting all dick because he had no weed, so I slid the fact that he's a junky to him, and he got all pissed.

Everyone says weed isn't addictive, but as far as mentally addictive, it's pretty hard to go without for some people I know. I'm not preaching here, just saying that weed isn't THAT great. Every now and then it's fun, but smoking multiple times a day really helps lose the magic of marijuana.

For people who use marijuana to medicate depression or bipolar disorder, or other psychological problems, it isn't that they are a junkie, it is that the symptoms of their disorder manifest when they quit taking their medicine.

Maybe your friend is like this. Would you treat an arthritic patient more harshly if they didn't have any finger medicine and were being grumpy? Would you call them a junky?

I had to wait allmost 3 yrs to work for them...it was worth it
They sent me thru all kinds of schools
I make a damn nice living because of that government job
Advancement is fantastic if you just show up ontime every day ...
I cant tell you how many times i showed up coming straight from the wildest of partys...
