Whether or not most of the most experienced growers agree with all the techniques in the Easy Mycelium Tek or not.. i was curious as to what kind of dosage should be taken from this concoction. I looked into the cranberry extraction method but not too sure if that's the right direction or not. Since it's just wheat grain i figured the easiest would be some way of just eating the mixture. Unfortunately no idea of how much that is, is included in the text. Which can be found <a href="/findorgrowthem.php?View=docs&doc=99">Easy Mycelium Tek</a>. I think this is a very eye-opening method due to it's simplicity.. kinda makes you think.

This subject comes up alot personaly I would just grow out the shrooms there are mixed reports as to how well this works it seems that the myceilia dosent produce psilocybin in signifigant amounts until just before it is ready to fruit if you have alot of cakes/grain jars you might want to try it but it seems like it would be a waste to me, just my two cents,

sorry I didnt read your post very well I would try to eat maybe half a quart jar see what that does and eat the other half later if you need to
