The Smell of Burning paper

so my girlfriend has the wierd thing where she smells burning paper. It kinda worries me cause ive herd that this was a sign of someone going schizo.

anyone else smell burning paper.

What does one without sifficient funds and no isurance do to get help?

Olfactory hallucinations, while rare, do occur in some forms of schizophrenia or psychosis. I once met a lady who smelled rotting meat all the time. But it takes more than hallucinations to confirm a diagnosis such as this. She should see a qualified psychiatrist. As I mentioned in the Suicide thread, your GF may be elegible for your State's Medicaid program to pay for such things. Best wishes and keeep us posted on how things turn out....
