I haven't had soft drinks in a looooooong time...

...and I drank a root beer the other day and I thought my throat was going to burn up.

After drinking water, juice, milk, tea for so long I don't think I ever want to see soda again...

Agreed, I haven't drank them in about three years

I drank a glass of Sprite one morning a few months back after waking up dehydrated while camping and thought I was going to burn alive when I pissed it out. Flushing with lots of water followed  :oogle:

Yeah I didn't care for it at all. It tasted okay I guess (albeit too sweet) but the burn just wasn't worth it.  :thumbdown:

I rarely if ever drink soft drinks anymore. But when I was in california this weekend I had Dr. Pepper with my In-N-Out burger.

I strongly dislike carbonated drinks. They make my teeth feel like nails on a chalk board everytime they touch and I can't drink a can of pop if I'm thirsty. I have to sip it ever so slowly.

I'll take juice or water, thanks.

I hear that. I cannot drink a can of soda. I have to sip it, like you. It HURTS. Where is the pleasure of all that carbonation? I don't understand how people like it. It's not like it "tickles your throat" or anything. It's just pain.

I was addicted to soda pop.

That was one of the many reasons that I had my heart attack 2 years ago.

I drink less than 2 soda's a day now.

I used to drink over a case(24 cans) of pop a day.

Soda pop really is bad for your body.

I drink alot of water now a days.

I like juice, I have fucked up teeth so I stay away from soda as much as I can.....

Is beer as bad for your teeth?

If so then there was really no point in NOT drinking soda I gues...

I've seen people that get so addicted to soda. they can't even get up in the morning without it.

And people say things like weed are bad...  :wink:

Man, when I see people coming out of McDonald's at like 11 AM sucking down soda I get sick at the thought of all that syrup in their gut.

Soda pop will also add weight to your body.

I lost alot of weight after cutting down on the pop.

I don't know if you're referring to the nasty fake mcdonald's meat or meat in general. Cause cow's fine at 11 in the morning, but yes, mcdonald's fake cow is nasty.
