for some old skool ska try slackers, madness, operation ivy,the pietasters, citizen fish
for some of the new stuff try mustard plug, mad caddies, reel big fish, buck o nine, catch 22, rx bandits (more on the skapunk side)

catch 22, go for the kesaby nights album, the toasters, good 2 tone ska,
goldfinger for a moment fused punk with ska in some of their early albums....
oohhhh try and find some penny and the loafers, they were local chicago but damn were they good....
