hard to tell from your pic. what did you noc it with? is it only white stuff forming in the jar? anything other than white clouds forming in the jar?

no pretty much white clouds lol i have one jar that i am pretty damn sure is mycelium but this looks a tad different

sometimes small factors in your process will cause the initial growth of myc to appear different. allow it to grow out, and see if it starts looking better. if it does not place it in a grow chamber of its own. chances are it is myc, but it could be cobweb....but better chance it is just wierd looking myc because of too much water or higher amount of flour etc. just remaine paitient, if it starts producing a pigment, then trash it.

Even if it is cobweb, birth it when it's done and dunk in h202.

Chances are you'll still survive, just be sure to keep it away form your other healthy cakes, and be sure to keep it misted with h202.
