Sporeprint from a contaminated mushroom

I have a few shrooms growing from a contaminated jar (P.cubensis - Golden teacher) and I wonder if it would be possible to make a safe spore print from them. Are spores free from contamination ?

Usually, the spores will carry with them, the contamination.
