Anyone of you able to tell me why it is so stupid?

If no one ever tried LSD ( just an example ) it wouldn't be that popular now.

Sorry, but i don't get your point.

If everybody would say " Bah, this is stupid" there wouldn't be anyone testing.
I'm not sure if i'll do some reseaqrch stuff in the future, but i thank everyone who's trying the new things out.
Maybe some day i'm able to lay my hands upon some new, freaking stuff and WOAHAW.

But i'll tell you about what's happening.

no the policy isnt dumb, or stupid, its a good policy. The problem is not with it, but with the mentality of people. Of course posts where people ask for or give source should be deleted, and that all. All kinds of posts are being ripped apart from deep analisis from a few ignorant mods/ignorant people bitching about posts that there is nothing wrong with and end up being deleted/locked.

Best example: The post where the guy made the mistake of asking if places EXIST online that sell research items. Clearly on my FIRST reading of the post there was no doubt that this guy was asking if searching the internet for a store would be a waste of time, or if he might possably find something through his own search. This post was promptly closed.

I've seen suggestions on making a chem. fourm but why should they? This is a mushroom site, not a chemical site. Besides something needs to be done about the fourm DB problems as it is. Some people also need to remember that the mushrooms 99% of us discuss are illegal. I think a lot of people forget that and get way to hipocritical (sp?) about some things.
