Fuck verizon

So anyway, this douche keeps calling my house at the wee hours in the morning, and I go to verizon's website, and look up how to block numbers. I follow the directions to a tee, and they don't work. :frown:

btw, I am up currently because the cock-sucker called. He calls to talk to my girlfriend, and he sometimes wakes her up when she needs to sleep, and it's really annoying. Whenever I answer to yell at the douche he hangs up.

I tried *70, and I just got a busy tone. Their webpage says to dial *60, but right after you do that, you get the bo-doo doo noise, and they are like, this number can't be completed as dialed... It kinda irks me that verizon's webpage doesn't have the right info, and they don't have 24 hour customer service.

I say get rid of the phone and use the internet for all social communication.

I would, but I live with 3 other people, who also use the phone. I'd be okay w/o it as I have a cell phone.

I fully intend to. But they aren't around until 8 am. I wish I just pummel the douche that keeps calling, but he's all the way in Boston. Also, I'm never ever violent, but I wouldn't mind punching this guy in the nose.

that's the best solution, but its the phone in my roommate's room that is bothering me. I took my phone off the hook, but it didn't help. I think I will just call verizon tommorrow, and then have the number blocked.

Looks like you'll have to resort to punching the guy in the nose, I guess.

Verizon tech support reps are monkeys. Kids off the street with a big reference book, make them work hard for their money and take no guff from them. Be persistant until you get your issue resolved, I can understand how frustrating it'd be if some wad was phoning me at those hours.
