Baseball Fans?

I'm a national leaguer myself. I'm really excited to see the rivalry between florida and atlanta, thus far the games have been very exciting. Anybody else?

You have to be loyal to your team though, through thick and thin. The Tigers have Pudge, he's a great catcher. Things could pick up.

Been a Yankee fan since I was a little kid, I remember seeing Mantle play in his final year.

im watchin the ball game too. since im in TO im hopin they have a good year. 2-1 so far.

since TBS always have ball games i usually watch an Atlanta or Toronto game a day.

You never know I guess, I mean look at the red sox. There's no team here in ID so I started folowing the braves when I was a youngster because they had such a great team, been following them ever since and still waiting for them to go back to the series... maybe this year.

Ripple, how old were you then? You must be fairly old Ripple, my grandfather watched Mantle play. That must have been a great thing to see, even if it was his last year.

yeah, they always have a great team (I guess they can afford a good team with good ol' Teddie as their owner lol) but they never go all the way... I'll be patiently waiting for that day.

He retired in may 1969. I think his last game was 68.
I envy you Ripple. I was only 3 or 4 at the time. I may have watched his last game on TV(my dad was a huge yankee fan), but I wouldn't remember it.

My dream is to see a game at Yankee stadium.

46 isn't old, you were at a perfect age for that game. I'm only 20 though, so I have to refer to grandpa about Yankee History.
