How to messure 0-60 in a car? Uh Free?

I want to 0-60 my new car, see how many sec it is just for fun. I usualy only care about 0-40 since that's usualy the fun you get to have in town, not 0-60. I don't kow how to do this heh. I figured I could mount my little camera on the steering wheel? Duct Tape it? LOL

Any idea's?

lol, well I'd do it on one of the many country roads out here, no sence endangering others. I don't think their radar guns messure the time :frown:

I'm thinking the camera is best for someone in my shoes, but very silly.

i think he wants to mount the camera facing his spedometer, then measure the video's length on a computer more accurately then using a stop watch.  seems like alot of work, and i'd never care enough to do it :wink:

get a track stop watch that runners use.
you can get them for cheap at a sporting goods store.

I hot rodded around town and bruised a few ego's, mustang gt, some honda w/ a spoiler, hemi durango, some big chevy, and a few others.

Well I just got the car, so I wanna play with it a bit. I'm trying to find another hobby other that drugs. Cars are a pretty fun hobby.
