Why do you ask?

The MHRB i've seen is way more pink than that. That looks more like some sort of stem bark but what do i know

My mhrb has more red in it but it's hard to tell, the sun could be affecting the colors.

“A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship.” (attributed to Alexis de Tocqueville political philosopher Circa 1835)

Here's a pic of some good MHRB. The colour is a tiny bit off, but it's pretty good. You can see the pinkish colouration which is characteristic.

But of course, maybe the colour in your photo isn't quite right. A picture of a branch would help...

by the leave morphology i'd say it could be an acacia/albizia..
for healing you don't put anything there, it heals itself. but it seems you have already cut the whole tree! lol...

if an extraction was done on the root bark would one just result in not having any crystals if there are no actives

hey man, you be very careful there!
you might well end up with crystals, even crystals that would smell like plastic and look like DMT itself but you don't know what you can find - could be something killer under 1mg or over a gram, what we know is that it is NOT likely to be dimitri, i believe it would have already been known as you guys there have the resources to study your own flora very well...
the trick is to look for the right things in the right place, otherwise you'll stay on the wish...
don't you have desmanthus around? would be more worth the hand!
