Will this be good for incubation?

After a friend injected 12 jars of PF Tek. cakes with EQ syringe from 3M he was pondering on some incubation ideas. He checked the tempurature around his house and found his room to be about 72 in the day and unknown at night. He measured the tempurature in his hot water tank and furnace room and it was between 79 and 82. He figures that the tempurature will fluctuate + and - 5 or so degrees from those tempuratures. He placed his box of jars in there after giving it a good spray of 1:10 bleach:water for extra sterilization. He is wondering if this will be ok for the shrooms, atleast for now? Moreover, if it will be sterile enough? At the moment his jar lids are one super tight and tape on all hole, they are 0% colonized (injected today) but he is mostly wondering how they will work out in there if he takes of the tape and loosens the lid bands? Also, they are quite near, maby six inches, from a tube that carries hot are to area in his house, could that jars possibly get too hot and have problems? Thank you for your time!

These rooms tend to have very dry air, not good. If I put something wet near something hot it WILL dry out. The solution is to leave your jars in a cooler or rubbermaid container with a wet towel on the bottom for humidification.

What to do with the lids? keep them tigh,t take tape off, what is good or bad? do you need humidification for incubation? sorry my lizard's pet frog innoculated 12 pf jars with Thai syringe from Ryche yesterday and keeps asking me about this . . .
