Barely visible mycellium growth after 10 days

I bought suspension syringe from Shroom Wizard and I treated the syringe just as a regular spore syringe and inncoluted it using the MMTEK on vermiculite and organic brown flour .. It has been 10 days and there has been barely no growth visible what so ever. I wonder if I should remove the tape from the holes where innoculated. I know Im using pint jars, so it might take a little longer. But I think so something is wrong. Im leaving them in a temp. controlled area of 75'F, so I cant figure out whats wrong. Maybe the suspension was contaminated in the mail with the amount of heat in the Postal truck or something.... Any help would be great! Thanks!

many dont use suspension syringes, as theyre illegal. this may be why youre having less help than you may want. myc. thermal death occurs at 106 degrees, that could be the problem. or it could be a problem with the syringe ... have you contacted the vendor?

I just got this from the shrooomwizard.com website. http://www.shroomwizard.com/sporeprints.html Mycelium Syringes - Using a new technique, developed by a Swedish scientist who was working in a laboratory to save Mushrooms that were on the brink of extinction, I am able to offer syringes of living mycelium that are in suspended animation in a vacuum "zombified" state. Technically this suspension isn't living, until it is introduced to the proper nutrients and will last up to 2 years under refrigeration. This is a break-through in modern mycology. These suspensions are very young & contain no psilocybin or psilocin. I offer the following products at this time, and will add more as I find spores that will adapt to this technology.
