Pure dextrose culture?

I asked a while ago if you can make a pure dextrose liquid culture, I was told that just dex can be used can anyone give me a formula for this I dont know how much water to dex to put, if this works with just honey dex has to work, I just received 14 spore syringes today and I want to see how far I can stretch them.

Stick to 4% solutions.
eg.

For Honey Liquid culture - 1tsp.(10g aaprox) Honey to 1 Cup(250ml) water
For Karo Liquid culture - 1tsp.(10g aaprox) Karo to 1 Cup(250ml) water
For Malt Liquid culture - 1tb.(10g) Dry Malt or Dextrose to 1 Cup(250ml) water
For Agar Solid Culture - 1 tb.(10g) Dry Malt + 1tb.(10g) Dry Agar Powder to 2 Cups(500ml)

inoculate with 1cc rehydrated spores.
You should see mycellial growth with 3-4 days.
