So it's not so much that the faster you move, the faster through time you move...because the faster you move the SLOWER you move through YOUR time. However that means you are moving MUCH faster through everyone else's idea of time. What you experience as only 2.7 seconds, people not moving so fast experience as 28,000 years.

I just wanted to clarify that only high velocity is required for time dilation/length contraction. Acceleration isn't necessary at all except for the obvious reason that something has to be accelerated up to that velocity to begin with. But that time period (that containing the acceleration) is usually considered so short (for particles and what not) in special relativity that it's completely ignored.

The situation you proposed, however, is kinda interesting. Since different parts of a gyrating person would be at different velocities (the person's core would be at 0 velocity while the outer parts would be near c), their body would age non-uniformly -- they would die from inside out. [This is ignoring the obvious fact that it will probably always remain physically impossible to rotate someone this hard without them flying to bits way before any time dilation is observed...]
