"Breaks" in page viewing?

hi, i was wondering if there was a reason for the breaks in pages or if yalll knew about them. (where about 1/4 of the screen gets "stuck" in the same frame and doesnt change as you scoll down in a page... i dont know if im describing this correctly?) its happened a couple of times to me in the past few days, but always goes away after a second. happened on 2 diff computers, one running ie 5 & the other ie 6.

often the piece that get "stuck" is another skin color, one i havent seen- light purple with light green (when usually im on the sand skin).

anyways, just was wondering if this is a me problem...
