Dude on LSD during Letterman interview

This guy looks really tripped out. I can't beleive he decided to do this interview while on acid.

Letterman handles it pretty well. "I'm gonna go check on the top 10."  :grin:

You know there is a movie called Rubin and Ed (1991) in which Crispin's character, Rubin, looks exactly how Crispin looked in this Letterman's interview (1987) - wig, glasses, striped pants, platform shoes... I believe Crispin might have just been trying out his new character. He is a weird man and a good actor, you know...

He just has no idea what the hell is going on, so he's reading lines off that news paper so the time will pass, hoping the guy will say something that means his time is over, and he's free to leave.
