Some San Pedro questions

I am really new to this cactus stuff so bear with me guys.

1)  How much cactii is enough for a good mescaline trip.

2)  How much water do I give it and when do I know when to water it.

3)  How much do i water it, and

4)  Anyone have any experience with "doping up" there cactii's.

Any help would be greatly apprieciated.:)

about half kilo is a good starting dose
water enough to make the soil completely wet, don't use a plate under the pot, water never should get stagnant.
on summer or if is very hot you should water 1 or 2 times a week depending on the pot size and material, if is a big plastic pot 1 is enough, if is small and made of clay 2 times are a good regime...best to water at evening.
in winter 1 per month is enough (of course if is a cold winter)
never pumped a pedro......

Great advice. Just one thing to add. If you have your cacti in a well draining soil mix in full sun, it helps to water every day, but don't get the soil sopping wet. You want it moist but not so that tons of water leak through the bottom holes in the pot. I do this with my cacti, and they grow extraordinarily fast, and thick (while their outside anyway). I got over a foot and a half so far this growin season alone.
