Indoor Pest plants.
    #3912886 - 03/13/05 08:49 PM (12 years, 1 month ago)

i think it would be handy to have a thread about plants that kill certain/all pests that eat away at our plants.

im more interested in indoor types as i cant really grow many ethnos outside year round. but anything would be great. im using my tobacco now to kill the damned fungus knats that recently made themselves at home in my vivariums.

my plants jsut finished flowering so i cut the tops off and am soakign in water right now.  i read a post by wiccan seeker that they use teh tops cause tehy are the most potent part of the plant.  we shall see how tuff these buggers are

i would think using cigs would defeat the purpous of not using a comercial insecticide.

Fair enough yeah I agree about the ciggy butts. I grew some tobacco last year and found that the bottom leathery leaves make the best spray and the top small fresh leaves are great for curing
