Do you consider Broken the 2nd album or just an EP between Pretty Hate Machine and The Downward Spiral?

I think it's definitely the 2econd album. It's plenty long enough, especially with the 2 extra tracks. Some old Beatles and Stones albums are shorter. Some punk albums are only like 15 minutes long. I like Broken better than Pretty Hate Machine and The Fragile. It's weird to me that people always say "well technically Broken...." and all that.
