horse/cow dung casing?

can any1 tell the procdure for making a casing for cakes? Im also wonderin how i can keep all the contams off the casing, since its shit and not verm which i use.

You dont have to boil the poop in a pot. It can also be pasteurized in the oven.

I dont think you have to worry about contams to much unless you sterilize the poop. I believe cow dung hasbeneficial organisms in it to help fight off contams...not to sure on this one though.

casing... go to Mycotopia - their tek section. go to hongus' casing tek.

more on point to your dung casing question- see 3m's DUNG tek for info on that...

doesnt sounds like he treats the dung casing layer any differently than he specifies in his tek. hes also got a few recent posts in cult re: why i love crap etc... where you can see his results.
