Recently my Verm. proider changed grade verm. Now
instead of the smaller <>, it is the slightly larger about [ ]
size. None of my recent innoculations of verm. + BRF seem to be doing anything, now 5 days later.
What do youall prefer, the larger or smaller verm.
Should I blend it into small pieces or should it be working?

throw it in a blender until it`s about the size of a pencil lead... maybe a hair bigger....... not to long though or it will be powder... the larger stuff throws of your water ratio and germination is a lot slower.....

Ya, my trusted supplier did the same thing. Those bastards. I like to use both grades of verm, depending upon what I'm doing. The smaller grade works better in PF style jars and you need the small stuff for the verm barrier, the larger grade doesn't block enough contaminants. However the larger verm works better than the smaller in whole grain rice or other grains like birdseed to keep it from clumping as much.

while the grade of the verm is different, i have never noticed any change in the mushrooms cycle.

He somehow manages to breathe in his sepia, wounded-tea, liquid ambiance suspension.
