VERY tired lately

Recently, i've been more and more drained every day. Today at college, I was so tired, the floor was moving (like a mushroom trip, gently morphing around). I've decided to take next week off college, hopefully to recooperate. I get the recommended amount of sleep every night (8 hours), so i'm putting down this tiredness to my college course, ICT. Having to stare at a computer screen in an awkward chair all day really isnt good for you.

My advice is to eat well, eat alot, and exercise alot...life should pick up from there.

I'd start jogging in the AM and talk a walk after dinner in a park or in the woods.
If there's a place in your area to watch sunrises and sunsets try to find it.

Iron deficiency can cause people to be extremely tired. How is your diet and how many hours of sleep a night do you get? and is that quality sleep?

Start sleeping more and don't sleep under the influence, I when through a phase were I was always tired, last fall. I found that the more I slept the better I felt, and I slept all the fucking time... I needed it! The thing is I had a lot to think about and with all the WEEd I smoked, I had no chance to really adress it, I got off pot for a while and dreams returned to me, lucid, tranistory dreams... I feel 150 times better now and a lot less tired. Just listen to your body, SlEep!

There is a chance you have mononucleosis? Go to the doctors and get some blood test done. that is if you don't gain your energy back

You will be much more energetic if you eat every 2-3 hours (keeps your metabolism going) and eat healthy.
Exercise will also boost your energy. I suggest 30-45 minutes of cardio (jogging is good) atleast 3 days a week. Make sure to stretch before and after. And make sure to get a 5-10 minute warmup (jogging, jumping jacks, run in place, whatever) before stretching. So.. warmup, stretch, jog for real, then stretch.
If you do that, your energy levels will go up. No question.

try a daily multivitamin, because it is likely you are deficient in something, and its easier to get a pill with everything than trying to change your diet or lifestyle.

Suffering from computers? Get a watch or cheap little clock that will beep every half hour (you can make it an hour if you want, 1/2's better). Then every half hour take 5 mins to get up, walk around, & look at anything other than a computer screen.
You'll feel so much better. Plus it's a great chance to meet/talk to people.

Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed... The cost of one modern heavy bomber is this: a modern brick school in more than 30 cities. We pay for a single fighter with a half million bushels of wheat. We pay for a single destroyer with new homes that could have housed more than 8,000 people..." President Dwight Eisenhower, 1953
