Don't really do what the label tells you, zicam is pure bleach. Spray a little bleach now your throat and see what it does. Thanks to Zicam we are more healthier toay then we will ever be.

I blame tooth paste for dentil reasons and mouth wash to creating germs.

Unfortunately that's how the pharmaceutical industry works.they don't aim to cure but relieve the symptoms while the illness still remains.Toothpaste is a bad thing like you said,fluoride causes mild mental problems.I have already forgotten all the bad things in modern medicine.There is so much harm in whats suppose to be something good.even with the medicines that show good results have something bad about them.
