My Amanita Muscaria "Trip"

I ate four small/medium caps and waited for the effects to begin; which never happened. I am thinking that the company I bought the Amanitas from gets rid of the muscamol after they dry the mushrooms. Disappointing to say the least.  :sad:

do you know the weight of your dose? as a comparison i got medium level effects off 9grams

I didn't have access to a scale. I ate two medium sized caps then took two more about an hour later because I was in a good mood, I knew I could handle more. Nothing happened.

Yeah it sounds almost like you might not have gotten a proper dose. Try to buy or borrow a scale.

get psilocybin ones :laugh:

i'm serious, unwanted/dangerous reactions can be caused by them. they're not worth it :P. Just talk to them every now and then, like me.

you need ALOT to trip. you got an oz right? my friend got that and had 2 eat the whole thing over about 2 hour period to trip.

I'm usually not one to complain but my God the taste of the amanita was pure evil. I can eat psilocybin without any problems but this crap I was gagging on. :argh:

I'm not trying to be an asshole, but every trip report I've read about Muscaria has been a bad one. :frown:

I like it but i've only had a treshhold effect off em from 15 grams, and a light to medium effect making tea with 7....try boiling it for like 30 to an hour, it feels nice.

it started off with a sleep sedation type thing. Then I got weird stomach cramps that turned into explosions of euphoria for about half an hour, and then it felt like I was wearing a mask and had some weird and strong euphoria around where this mask was...

Amanitas give me cramps almost everytime. I dont really use them anymore. Not a terrible high though, still prefer the psilies though.

I've had great trips on amanita muscaria. As long as it is properly prepared, you will most likely not experience any negative effects. Its definitely different from psilocybin though, so I wouldn't go in expecting a psilocybin trip.

i had to eat three quarters of an ounce to get any effects. i ended up becoming delerious. i was talking to my computer, which was off, thinking it was recording me. i was saying random numbers thinking it was some code i was communicating to the future. very weird. i wouldnt recomend it. but i was suprised how much i had to eat to get anything from them. sounds like you dint eat enough.
