how is it legal to sell spores

i was wondering how do spore vendors keep from being arrested. I know that spores are legal but how do you run a business that most likely requires you to grow something illegal for the product being sold?

cause it doesn't matter what other people do with the spores - spores do not contain any controlled/scheduled substances (psilocin/cybin) and therefore are not illegal.  As far as cultivation which is illegal, there are many disclaimers to reduce liability from the spore sellers.  Because THIS IS AMERICA and information is free for everyone... :wink:

theoretically, if you have spores, it stands to reason that you have been in contact with some form of fungus..... ****BUT**** it is possible that the spore vendor purchases them from countries where it is legal to grow/sell..... Also it could just be that they take sporeprints from wild specimens that are coincidently sterile.

Fed law only outlaws psilocin/cybin, and not shrooms, because of the amount of species of shrooms, since spores don't have these they aren't illegal.

the real reason they arent illegal is shrooming is niche.
if it was like pot theyd be on it. same for salvia,amanita,
mescaline cactus ect. as long as its a small group of ppl
the govt dont care and therein there hipocrasy is exposed.
