Homestead Kit strain?

I just got my hands on a Homestead Original Mushroom growing kit. I was wondering if anyone here knows what strain it is and how well they grow.

They're amazon. Good strain. Prolific fruiters. They do have a smaller size cap on them - not huge mushrooms, but don't let the size fool you... They're quite potent. Just when the veil starts to tear is a good time to pick. They get a waxy residue on the caps. That's when they're at their optimum point - a balance of size and potency.

They are very potent.Some people put down this kit because of it's level of difficulty, but I learned a great deal from it.It thought me how to work with agar. And loads about sterility.But yes, I found that strain to be quite potent myself.

i made a syringe from the print and will be trying agar from it too the kit is difficult but ill give it a try.

Just take it in steps. Are they using syringes now? Way back... When bought it, it was streaking agar only.

no they are still using agar. i just said screw that and made syringes out of the spore print.
