Im new to this site and new to the experience of shrooms. Im sure this question has been asked numerous times but like I said Im new to the site so back to the question! Personally I enjoy alot of Grateful Dead for they are my favourite band. I also enjoy the lovely electric banjo of Bela Fleck and the mandolin of String Cheese Incident. What do you enjoy listening to while tripping?

i love to listen to my own music. i like to trip out to coil also and some bands along those lines. i generally make a 10 hour play list of songs i know i will love, and then hit random, pop up milkdrp, and it's time to roll.

Usually orchestra type music, or Pink Floyd. Some Ween stuff is good. Oh and ofcourse the Beatles.

This will sound strange, but I actually tend to dislike all kinds of music when I'm tripping. When I'm smoking pot, there's nothing better than good music, but when I'm tripping, it just doesn't work. I've tried the Dead, I've tried Instrumental/Electronic, but nothing seems to work. I always get bugged out by it. I much prefer being in nature and listening to the sounds that are there.

I enjoy Pink Floyd, Massive Attack, Herbie Hancock, Jazzanova, Zakir Hussain - Zakir Hussain: Sambandh is an excellent indian percussion album.
I also enjoy the sound of children laughing.

I enjoy listening to positive and chillin hip hop.
- A tribe called quest
- De la soul
- Heltah Skeltah - Nocturnal (This album is awesome, it's chilling but got this slight psychedelic vibe to it. Check it out!)
- Grand Puba - 2000 (this is a very nice album, good to bop your head to and has some really nice beats)
- Pete Rock - Soul survivor 1 + 2 (very nice, pete rock is one of the greatest hip hop producers)
- Lord Finesse - The awakening (This album has a good collection of beats, some of them are dark and could send some on a downward spiral, but then a upbeat track will come on and bring you out of it. I reccomend this to anybody that will enjoy a wild psychedelic ride)
These are a few which I really like and find are good for anybody that likes to trip, and that likes hip hop.
I know many of you probably hate the gangsta shit, but this stuff is not that, it's the hip hop that is made for everyone.

Pink Floyd- One song especially makes my trip crazy. Comfortably Numb, for whatever reason the begining of the song I feel like I'm venturing into unknown, scary places, and then a different tone comes to the song and my body suddenly lifts up into heaven, and into the most beautiful scene imaginable. It goes back up and down and it's extremely to go back into the heavenly state.

I listen to anything, soothing, infected mushroom, shpongle mainly some floyd but theyre a little depressing.
Btw, have you heard of gratefull dawg? It`s that guy from gratefull dead with another guy, really real.ly good and way better than gratefull dead to which I have yet to hear a track I actualy like lol.
