 My first mush trip

Wow, my first trip, since I have done no other drugs, except weed, I didn't know what to expect, like people told me that it's a whole different kind of high, and they were right. It started off with me and my buddy sitting there with about 8-9 grams of shrooms, of course it was our first time so we didnt dare have more than 1.5 grams at once, we put it on pizza since everyone told us mushrooms taste like crap, and I really enjoyed it on pizza, so atleast that was good. We waited awhile watching TV and were both sitting there for like almost an hour with no effect. My friend was flipping because it had no effect, and I didnt think it had an effect until I started moving away from the TV and I wasn't even actually moving. I looked at the floor. Wow, I felt like I was on a boat with a semi-clear floor to it and i could see us moving forward. I looked over at my friend and he had blood rushing from his mouth (which really freaked me out) and than it just kinda went away and I stared off into his face. And it's like everything was a paint program and I controlled everything, I could dement my friends face and make it wide or long and I loved it! Than the feeling part kicked in, almost like I was on ecstacy or something, I had to touch everything, my hands were like extra sensative, I've never enjoyed taking a piss so much in my life! Andways, I sat down on a leather chair like feeling up the arm rests with my hands while watching the ceiling... It was moving up and down as if the house was breathing, and I looked over at a glass snowman about 2 feet tall and it turned it head at me an grinned. That was pretty scary, After awhile I decided to get me and my friend to jam out on the guitar. I COULD NOT PLAY! The strings fell to good and the neck of the guitar was totally twisted and I was flipping out than BOOM, just as fast as it came the high was gone, and it was kinda sad, I was enjoying myself to much, so after I sobered up, I got hammered, played some guitar, well tried and just passed out, next morning, feel fully refreshed, no hang over no nothing, thats my trip, it was great! At least you werent one of those kids who didnt have control of their first trip I surely didnt, but that was years ago  And only got outtahand the first time. (Too much tea haha)

I ate a half eighth of shrooms last night..and the first half the night before...while I was drinking beer..and watching "Shrek 2" that show is a total funny ass show when you are tripping, I could not stop laughing! it is funny even sober, but it was cool when Shrek and Donkey were walking through the forest.. I was looking at the background I could see all kinds of things in the trees, it is definately a tripper show, but that is just my opinon...I loved all the 'tracers' I seen from all the action from the show too...that show rocks!..oh yea.. Welcome to the shroomery Boards!

I remember my first trip like it was yesterday. It was LSD. Theres nothing quite like that first time when you have your first hallucinations. You've heard all the stories and learned all you can but nothing can prepare you for what is coming. Its a wonderful feeling!

Personally, I hate the long wait before the effects kick in. It's just plain annoying.

Umm, I kinda lost track of time but it was about 4 hours longish.. And does nayone know how often you SHOULD take shrooms without screwing urself up in the near future, because I'm gunna try them again next weekend...

your tolerance will be back to zero by next week...i don't like to do it more than once every couple months, but i remember my first few trips, i wanted to be able to do it every day  next time, you won't have to wait as long if you don't eat them on pizza...grind them up and mix in a drink, you'll be flying in no time

I did a whole eighth last week as well, shrooms are pretty safe compared to a lot of other drugs...I still tripped hard a week later..

Actually, I just eat them up. I enjoy them.
Durbin, you stated that "everyone told us they taste like crap". Did you even try to eat them just plain? Many people don't like the taste, but I know I'm not alone here as one who enjoys them. I just eat them plain, kinda like snacking on popcorn. Have a nice cold beer (or whatever drink you prefer) to go with them and you're set!
But if you hate the taste, Hendo is right...

i know quite a few people who enjoy the taste...i am not one of them however. i also find them easier to digest and less discomfort when they are powdered and mixed with juice. that's just my personal preference..experiment until you find a method that works for you
