Desert snows....YAY!

I knew the storm was coming.  The weatherman's been telling us so for a couple days.  But as the clouds began to build this morning I just expected another rainy weekend.  Much to my glee, when it bagn to fall from the sky it was snow!! :thumbup:

I went home from work.  By the time I got home my backyard looked like this...



This was just in the space of a couple hours and its still coming down good right now.  This storm is supposed to hang around all weekend.  I'm hoping to have a shitload of snow on the ground before its over!  Its just such a novelty when we get snow here in the valley.  And its especially nice to have it hit on a weekend when I don't have to work in it! :grin:

up in pine top me and phase ran into a snow storm aftre new years eve weekend coming down from all our partying...

it was beautiful!
