Will this tek work?

I've got some spores ordered (P.C. Ko Samui) and I'm starting to set up everything to grow, but I want to know if the combination of tek's I'm planning on using will work. The substrate I plan on using is the "Alien Substrate" in the grow section of the shroomery (quinoa, brown fice, verm., flax seed, finch seed, rye berries). I plan on using the oven bag technique also in the grow section to sterilize and colozine the substrate. The containers I plan to grow in are 6 inches tall, and about 1.5' by 2.5'. I plan to put a layer of wet perlite on the bottom to humidify them. Here's where I have questions, should I put the substrate directly onto the perlite? What should I case with on top? moistened vermiculite? Are the containers tall enough? Do I need clear lids for them, as the ones I have now are opaque? would using a fish tank areator or fanning them be a better way to allow gas exchange? Any tips to increase yield? and how should I go about sterilizing my perlite, vermiculite (there would probably be a very large volume of it involved in casing), and growing container?

The oven bag technique is not that reliable, I would use a pressure cooker instead.

No need for wet perlite layer in the substrate jars. You should get the moisture of the substrate right instead.

How many times have you grown shrooms??
The alien tek is not that easy. If you are new to all of this I reccomend doing more research before jumping into the alien tek.
I just reread your post and you are way ahead of yourself and you are not even sure what you are doing. WAIT ask some more questions hang out here for a while and get more answers.
Then start out small.
If you burn up your first try you are going to turn yourself off to this wonderfull hobby.
