when you guys are doing your sub forum type stuff, how would putting in an outdoors on in the health or similar forum? for people who like hiking, camping, kayaking, skiing, surfing, and so on. personally that would become my favourite forum! as long as no pretty boy favio surfers clog up the board

Not a bad idea. Perhaps you might consider posting this suggestion in the forum which you think should house the new subforum - to see how responsive the forum regulars are to this idea. The Physical & Mental health forum seems like the best candidate for sure.

I clicked thinking you were talking about an outdoor cultivation subforum, which I think would be a good idea to put under mush cult. I feel there is a lack of consolidated information on outdoor 'shroom cultivation. Sure there are the teks, but a sub-forum would encourage more growers to try this route. I think it would encourage a leap in knowledge for outdoor p. cubensis cultivation. It's safer, can be easier, and, IMHO, outdoor cubensis growing doesn't get the attention it deserves. Also, this subforum might be best started in the early spring, since most members can't grow cubies outside right now.
Just a thought

ya but it would also open doors to azuers, cyans and such as well. most posts i see about those are flooded by cuby posts. hell a non-cube sub forum would be bitching
perhaps teh outdoor idea could also embrace things liek 4x4ing/dirt biking and other machine realted outdoor activities...

Hell yeah. There should definately be a forum for this. I think there are enough of us that would make it a very active forum. Great idea.

Perhaps it could just be a forum of its own within the community section?

I agree it sounds like a good idea. I would like a place just for outdoor related discussion only.

Most definitly need an outdoor/woodsman forum... we could share knowledge on suuplies/packing lists/camp foods/back packing equipment/ trail suggestions.
Why hasnt this been here all along?
